Refund/Cancellation Policy
- Contract between Student/Tenant and Belle Vie PG is valid for 12 months .
- Initial Booking Amount is ₹ 10,000/- and it will be adjusted against Annual Maintenance Fee of ₹ 10,000/- which is nonrefundable.
- During Contract signature, 2 Months Advance rental along with GST will be paid by the Tenant/Student and it will be adjusted in the last 2 months of the session (May & June 2025)
- Advance Rental will not be adjusted /refunded either partly or fully under any circumstances for those who vacate the premises before the contract termination date. This condition is also applicable for those students who are told to vacate the premises by the Management due to violation of any of the contract terms.
- In case if a student/tenant wishes to cancel the booking after paying 2 Months advance room rent, the following conditions will apply:-
- Student will have to present a genuine reason along with evidence for the cancellation.
- Reasons can be “change of Campus”, “change of University” “change of State” or any other genuine reason along with evidence.
- Application submitted 15 days prior to the start of the session, 25% will be deducted from the advance room rent.
- Application submitted 7 days prior to the start of the session, 50% will be deducted from the advance room rent.
- Application submitted within 7 days of the start of the session, nil amount would be refundable.
- Refund will be issued in 7 working days
